Return Policy

At Queenchal Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. For hygiene and safety reasons, especially with body and piercing jewellery, we do not offer refunds.

Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original sealed packaging

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Returns must be received within 15 days of the delivery date

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Once your return is inspected and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping fees).

If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.
