Return Policy:

There are no refunds. Store credit only.

Queenchal accepts returns For Store Credit Only under the following conditions :

• Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
• Returned items must be unused / unworn
• Returned must be received within 15 days of delivery date*
• Shipping cost won't be refunded. 

 

Shipping Policy: 

We will start processing the order once the payment processed. 

Shipping time and the cost will vary according to the country and the shipping method chosen. 

 

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Queenchal Body Jewellery is not responsible for these charges.
